Over time, the skin loses its elasticity and tone, it becomes thinner and more fragile. Focused ultrasound combats this phenomenon by heating the tissues, which restarts a process of collagen production (neocollagenesis) and elastin fibers in the dermis, allowing the skin to regain a new youthfulness.
